VocalKanvas apparel is made to order. Production time and carrier transit time are separate parts of your delivery estimate.

Shipping options and charges

Available destinations, shipping options, and charges appear at checkout for your address and items. Review the total before paying. A faster shipping service affects transit and does not by itself shorten production time.

Production, tracking, and delivery

Any shipment or delivery estimate shown for your order includes the information available at that time. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Items may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated for your order, we will contact you with the available information and the option to agree to a delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund. If we give no shipment timeframe, we will ship within 30 days or contact you before then to obtain your agreement to a delay or arrange a refund.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately about a correction; changes may be unavailable once production or shipping has progressed. For a missing or damaged package, use our Contact page with your order number so we can investigate.
